Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older.
3. Educational Use Only — No Advice
We are NISM Certified Trainer. Content is for educational purposes only and does not include tips, signals, or recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials (videos, slides, tools, templates, calculators) are owned by Stocksvyapaar or its licensors and provided for your personal use only. Do not copy, distribute, sublicense, or share access.
5. Conduct
Do not misuse the site or sessions (e.g., disruptions, scraping, unauthorized recording or re‑distribution of content). We may revoke access for violations without refund.
6. Payments
Fees are due in full at purchase. We may change pricing without notice. Taxes may apply. Payment gateway charges are non‑refundable.
7. Refunds
Refer to our Refund Policy. Where a conditional guarantee is explicitly offered for a program, you must meet all eligibility conditions (attendance, assignments, journal submissions, etc.) to claim it.
8. Third‑Party Services
We may use third‑party platforms (e.g., Zoom, payment gateways, email/SMS services). Your use is subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers & Risk
Markets involve risk of loss. We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or future results. All content is provided “as is.”
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stocksvyapaar will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the program in the preceding 3 months.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site/services or breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Siliguri, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction. Before litigation, parties will attempt 30 days of good‑faith negotiation.
