REFUND POLICY

Thank you for registering for our educational workshops and digital resources. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. General

  • All offerings are educational services and/or digital content/tools.
  • Because access is delivered electronically, fees are generally non‑refundable once access is granted or the workshop commences.

2. Cancellations & Transfers

  • If you request a cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start, we may offer a one‑time transfer to a future cohort (subject to availability) or a partial refund at our discretion, net of payment gateway charges.
  • No‑shows or partial attendance are not eligible for refunds.

3. Technical Issues

  • If you face a platform/access issue caused by us and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may offer a pro‑rated resolution (extension, transfer, or partial refund), at our discretion.

4. How to Request

  • Email chakrabortysubhamoy13@gmail.com with subject Refund/Transfer Request and include your name, phone, order ID, and reason.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; timelines depend on the bank/gateway.

5. Exceptions

  • Discounts, promotional tickets (e.g., ₹199 or ₹99), and downloadable bonuses are non‑refundable once delivered.
  • Any “money‑back” statements, if made, are conditional and subject to documented participation and completion of all assignments; please read specific program terms if applicable.
